The business in the Eide group has long tradition and was founded by Georg Eide in 1922, when building wooden fishing wessels was the main activity. Through time the business has grown and it has adjusted to the existing market situation, resulting in the emerge of a strong group with its roots firmly placed in fabrication, trade and shipping. The Group is now seeking to extend its activities within the international market and its volume of export business is increasing.
